Position Overview
Richfield Springs Central School District is seeking a full time, compassionate, patient, and motivated Teacher Aide to support high school students enrolled in an individualized, computer-based learning program. This position is designed to help at-risk students overcome academic, social, and emotional barriers while progressing toward graduation.
The successful candidate will build positive relationships with students, provide encouragement and accountability, monitor academic progress, and collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators to support student success.

Richfield Springs Central School District is seeking a dynamic, student-centered professional to serve as our Student Success Coordinator. This district-wide leadership position supports students, families, and staff through behavioral intervention, crisis response, MTSS coordination, restorative practices, attendance and engagement initiatives, graduation readiness monitoring, and family outreach.
Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting and supporting FBAs and BIPs
- Providing behavioral intervention and crisis stabilization
- Facilitating MTSS/RTI and student support teams
- Coordinating grades 7–12 on-track and graduation readiness efforts
- Overseeing the secondary advisement program
- Providing restorative counseling and conflict resolution
- Coaching staff in trauma-informed, behavior-support, and autism-support practices
- Serving as a liaison between school, family, and community agencies
- Supporting attendance, engagement, and student connectedness initiatives
Required Certification:
- NYS School Counselor, School Social Worker, or Special Education Teacher certification
Preferred Qualifications:
- BCBA credential
- Experience with TCI, CPI, restorative practices, MTSS, trauma-informed care, and autism supports
