Exploring Future Careers at SUNY Poly!

Our students in grades 6–8 enjoyed an exciting and educational day at SUNY Polytechnic Institute, thanks to Brilliant Pathways! This hands-on experience gave students the opportunity to explore a variety of career fields, learn from presenters, and discover new possibilities for their futures.

Throughout the day, students rotated through several engaging activities, including a campus tour and scavenger hunt, a semiconductor activity, civil engineering projects in the Makerspace, and hands-on nursing lab stations. Each rotation offered a unique look at different industries and the skills needed to succeed in these fields.

From exploring the college campus to participating in interactive learning experiences, students had the opportunity to ask questions, work together, and connect classroom learning to real-world careers.
